What are your delivery costs?

Postage varies according to type of items you want delivered. All items will be delivered via either Australia Post or our courier (delivery times vary depending on location). This service includes tracking.

In-stock items are usually shipped within 1-2 days. All other items are usually shipped within 1-3 days (delays of up to 5 business days are presently being experienced due to COVID-19). Please note that some regional areas may experience longer shipping times. For shipping and delivery estimates please contact us.

What are your delivery times?

Due to the constantly changing situation around COVID-19 we are currently have some delivery delays. Processing times for orders is between 1-5 business days. We usually ship items within 1-7 business days of receiving your order and you will usually receive your goods within 3-10 business days.

Note that shipping times to some regional and rural areas are longer, please contact us for more information (additional delays of up to 5 business days are presently being experienced due to COVID-19). If you need your items more urgently, please contact us on (03) 9708 2149 to discuss your requirements.

Do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately, at this stage we only deliver within Australia.

Can I pick up my items?

Yes! Items that are in-stock can usually be collected on the same day if ordered prior to 3pm during business hours. If you live locally and would like to pick up your items please feel free to select pick up at checkout or contact us via phone or email prior to purchasing to discuss. 

If the items you would like are out of stock we can still order them in and you can still collect from our office, but please call us to discuss pick up times (do not come to the workshop until you have made contact with us regarding pick up times).

Items are only available for pick up at our Carrum Downs office from Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm by appointment only. Should you require pick up outside of these times, or would like to pick up your item from our workshop at Sandringham Yacht Club please contact the office on (03) 9708 2149 to discuss your requirements.

When will my item be ready for pick up?

Before you come to pick up your order please wait for email confirmation from us that your items have arrived.

Pick up for items that we have in stock can usually occur within a couple of hours (please do not arrive at the workshop until you have been notified that your items are ready).

Pick up for items we do not currently have in stock is usually available 3-10 business days after you place your order.

Can I get my item urgently?

Do you have a showroom?

Please call us on (03) 9708 2149 to make a time for one of staff members to come and see you or meet with you on your vessel or at our workshop to discuss products that would be most suited to your vessel. NOTE: Due to COVID-19 all appointments will conducted via phone, zoom or facetime.

I can't find the product I need. Can you source it?

If there is a marine product that you have seen, but you can't find it on our website, please contact us directly with the details and we try to source it for you.

Can you install my Marine products?

Yes! You can either bring your vessel to our workshop or we can come to you at any marina in metropolitan Melbourne or Victoria. For more information about our marine mechanical and electrical services please visit www.coastlinemarine.com.au

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

Please choose carefully as Coastline Marine does not allow for the return of a product for change-of-mind and will only return a product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Should you need more information about a product please feel free to contact us prior to your purchase and we can provide you with advice.
